Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about travel nursing with All Health Staffing: housing, pay, assignment length, licensure reimbursement, and how soon you can start.

New to travel nursing, or new to All Health Staffing? Below are answers to the questions clinicians ask us most often. If you do not see your question here, please reach out to us and a recruiter will be happy to help.

Absolutely not. All Health Staffing offers you a private, one-bedroom, furnished apartment, which usually includes washer and dryer hookups, for each assignment. Your space is yours alone, so you can rest and recharge between shifts.

In most cases, you can move in within a few days of your assignment start date. Our team coordinates the housing details in advance so your transition is as smooth as possible.

You are paid weekly. As an added bonus, your direct deposit begins with your first payroll cycle, so you do not have to wait to see the rewards of your work.

Yes. We reimburse state licensure fees in the state where you work, after a qualifying period of employment. If you plan to work in a state where you are not yet licensed, your recruiter will help you understand the timeline and requirements.

No. In fact, we usually offer you a choice of several jobs, so you can select the opportunity that best fits your goals, your preferred location, and your schedule.

In most cases, yes. Our ability to keep you working has as much to do with your location preferences, your flexibility, and your willingness to try new things as it does with market demand. The more open you are, the more options we can present.

Our usual assignments last 13 weeks or longer, depending on your circumstances and those of the medical facility. Many assignments can be mutually extended if both you and the facility would like to continue.
