Getting started is as easy as one, two, three. Whether you are a seasoned traveler or considering your very first assignment, our application process is designed to be straightforward and supportive. Tell us about yourself, choose where you would like to go, and let our team take care of the rest.

Employment Forms and Skills Checklists

When you apply, we will guide you through the appropriate pre-hire and post-hire packets for your discipline, along with a skills checklist that helps us verify your experience and match you with the right assignment. We maintain checklists for a wide range of nursing and allied health specialties, including:

  • Critical Care
  • Dialysis
  • Emergency Room
  • Neonatal Intensive Care
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Perinatal
  • Physical Therapy
  • Psychiatric Nursing
  • Respiratory
  • RN / LPN / NP / PA
  • Surgical Technologist
  • Telemetry

If you do not see your specialty listed, do not worry. Our recruiters can provide the right checklist for your background when you reach out.

Step One: Decide Where You Would Like to Work

Consider where you would like to work and for how long. Most of our positions begin as 13-week assignments and can be mutually extended. We will contact you approximately eight weeks from your scheduled end date to open a dialogue regarding either an extension or a new assignment altogether. Should you wish to travel to a state in which you are not currently licensed, you should allow a minimum of six weeks for processing time by the applicable governing nursing board. Please remember that you are responsible for your own licensure application, and we will reimburse you for the fees.

Step Two: Apply With All Health Staffing

Start by telling us about yourself and your skills by contacting us directly. If it would be more convenient, you can also complete the appropriate employment skills checklist, which we use to verify that your skills conform to stringent national accreditation standards, and return it to us along with your resume. For additional information, read our frequently asked questions. You can find current credentialing and licensure expectations through the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.

Step Three: Sit Back and Relax

All Health Staffing will take care of your assignment details so you will not have to. We coordinate housing, confirm your start date, and stay in touch throughout your contract. We want you to enjoy every minute of your assignment with our company, and we will not smile until you do.

What Happens Next

Once you have applied, a dedicated recruiter will reach out to learn more about your goals and walk you through available opportunities that fit your specialty, your preferred locations, and your timeline. From there, we handle credentialing, housing, and logistics, keeping you informed every step of the way. Review the benefits and compensation you can expect, then take the first step toward your next assignment by reaching out through our contact page.
